Also thanks to continuous travels in an era still without internet, Egs contaminates styles from other countries and at the same time absorbs from these different ideas.
 From this mixture, the richness of his language arises, which over the years has been translated into works designed for institutional exhibition spaces, in particular papers and glass sculptures.
 The works, which we could define as post-graffiti, are the natural evolution of the lettering used for many years to leave site-specific traces on urban surfaces around the world, now adapted to the new context and the relationship with contemporary art.

 For Vicolo Folletto Art Factories, Egs created a series of paintings on paper in which the transition from lettering to informal expresses the contradictoriness that characterizes writing: a writing discipline that is incomprehensible to most people, without the necessary decoding tools.
